What is breaking today
- System stock does not match shelf stock, so you sell what you do not have.
- Orders are copied by hand from the store into shipping or accounting.
- Carts are abandoned and you cannot see at which step, or why.
What we build
- A store connected to inventory, accounting and shipping with two-way sync.
- A short purchase path: minimum fields, and payment methods that suit your market.
- Returns and exchanges handled as a defined flow, not an exception.
- Step-by-step abandoned cart measurement with automated recovery.
- Tax and invoicing configured to meet regulatory requirements.
What you receive
- A store running on your real catalogue and variants, not demo products.
- Payment and shipping integrations tested with real orders before launch.
- One view for sales, stock and returns.
- An operating guide for your fulfilment and support teams.
Questions we hear often
Custom build or an existing platform?
It depends on your catalogue, integrations and order volume. An existing platform is faster and cheaper for most cases; a custom build is justified when commercial logic or integration exceeds what the platform allows. We recommend what fits, not what inflates the invoice.
How do you prevent overselling stock?
Two-way sync with the stock source and reserving quantity when checkout starts rather than when it completes, plus an alert when balances diverge between systems.
Do you operate the store after launch?
Daily operation is your team, and we hand over a guide and training. We remain on an agreed support scope for technology, integrations and continuous improvement.
