What you give us directly
The only way we collect your personal data is the request form on this site. Its fields are:
- Name — required, so we know how to address you.
- Company — optional.
- Email or phone — one is required, because it is the only way we can reply.
- Challenge type and description — the description is required, the type is optional.
- Consent — a checkbox you must tick yourself before submitting.
Please do not put sensitive data in the description: national IDs, payment cards, passwords, or your own customers' records. The form is not designed for them.
What the site records automatically
With each submitted request, we also store:
- the page language you submitted from (Arabic or English).
- the page you were on, and the related service if any.
- campaign tags (UTM) and the referring source, if your link carried them.
- the time of submission.
This context helps us reply in the right frame, and helps us tell a genuine request from automated spam.
Cookies and tracking
This site runs no external tracking: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts. The only cookie is the technical session cookie that protects the form against forgery (CSRF), and it expires with the session.
Fonts are served from our own server, so browsing does not send requests to an external font service.
Where your data is stored
Requests are stored in this site's own database on our server, accessible only to the SKY team members responsible for replying. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or pass it to third parties.
How long we keep it
There is no automatic deletion in the system: a request stays in the database until it is deleted manually. We cannot commit to a fixed period before a written retention policy is approved, but you can ask us to delete your request at any time and we will.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the data you sent us.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Withdraw consent and ask for full deletion.
To exercise any of these, email info@skytic.org or use the contact form and state that you want your data deleted or corrected.
